Drilling Technology Program

Purpose and Introduction of the Program

Drilling Technology Program, in every field where drilling is carried out; It trains qualified personnel among worker-managers-engineers who have sufficient knowledge about construction, geothermal research, mineral exploration and studies. Çan Vocational School Drilling Technology Program had its first graduates in 2019. Almost all of our students who graduate from our program can easily find jobs in sectors where drilling activities have a great impact on today's economy. It trains Drilling Technology Technicians who can work on drilling-related issues, are technically competitive and well-trained, have teamwork skills, follow and apply technological developments throughout their careers, and are also environmentally friendly. Our students who graduate from this program receive the title of ''Technician''.

Alumni Fields of Study

Students graduating from this department can work in relevant public institutions and organizations, as well as in private institutions such as mining enterprises, ground survey companies, geothermal studies and the construction sector.
