Fee deposits can be made at Ziraat banks' branches or ATMs.

*** Evening education students must pay a contribution in any case.

*** Formal education students do not pay fees during the normal education period, they start paying fees when the normal period is extended. For example, if a student studying at a two-year Vocational School extends the course to the 3rd year, he/she must pay fees. However, if a student studying in formal education suspends his registration, the suspended period is not counted as an academic year. In other words, if a student studying at a two-year Vocational School suspends registration for two semesters (one year), then he/she does not need to pay tuition fees in the third year. If the system gives the message that the fee has not been paid, the student reports this situation to the student affairs department and asks for the situation to be corrected. Of course, since these corrections take time, those who leave their work to the last minute may experience difficulties.

*** If evening education students are successful in a semester and enter the top 10%, they pay a discounted contribution for the next semester. The student who achieves the top 10% grade does not receive a refund from the tuition fee of the semester he/she studied, and pays a discounted tuition fee in the next semester.

*** Those who exceed the normal teaching period in evening education are not included in this grading. In other words, a student studying at a two-year Vocational School will be excluded from this scope after studying the fourth semester at the end of 2 years. However, if the student has suspended registration, the suspended period is not counted as an academic year. In other words, if a student studying at a two-year Vocational School has suspended his registration for two semesters (one year), he will be evaluated within this scope as he will study the normal 3rd and 4th semesters in the 3rd year.

Important NOTE: Contributions are not deposited by providing an Account Number. Deposits are made by entering your TR ID number at Ziraat Bank Branch or ATM. If the fee is paid manually (with Account Number), it will not be deducted from the system and you will not be able to choose a course.
