The procedure for students graduating from our Vocational School to obtain their diplomas or Provisional Graduation Certificates is outlined below:

DOCUMENTS THAT GRADUATING STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT TO THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE BEFORE SIGNING THEIR DIPLOMA REGISTER:

- Bank receipt showing payment of the diploma cover fee (if requested).

- Student ID

- Vehicle Sticker (if obtained)

- Clearance Form (Must be signed by the relevant departments)

*Since the Clearance Form requires the approval of the Library Documentation Department, students who have accumulated penalties from the library must first check their outstanding balance at http://cat.lib.comu.edu.tr/yordambt/yordam.php?-ac=uye and deposit the resulting balance into the account according to the information below, then bring the receipt, in order to have these penalties waived.

Overtime fees incurred due to non-return of borrowed publications must be paid to the account details below and the receipt presented to the loan return counter or sent via email to kutuphanecomu.edu.tr.

(This applies only to alumni; users whose overtime fee is 5 TL or less must contact the library before making a payment.)

- On the debt information inquiry page, enter your Turkish Republic Identity Number in the member code field, and if you have previously set a password, enter your password; if you haven't set a password, enter 1 (one) as your initial password to check the status.

NOTE 1: Students who will have their diplomas collected by another person must provide a Notarized Power of Attorney to the person collecting the diploma.

*** Students who receive a Temporary Graduation Certificate must return the original Temporary Graduation Certificate in order to collect their diplomas later.

ATTENTION TO OUR GRADUATES WHOSE GRADUATION IS NOT RECORDED IN YÖKSİS (Higher Education Information System)

Since there was no Turkish Republic Identity Number (TR Identity Number) at the time of graduation, and we cannot access the TR Identity Numbers of our graduating students, the transfer could not be completed.

Graduating students in this situation should print out the petition below, fill it out completely, and mail it to our vocational school along with the specified attachments.
