2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester Single Course and Three Course Exams

In accordance with the decision of our University Senate dated 17/05/2013 and numbered 08/01, for students who are subject to the Regulation before our University's Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette on 01.08.2011 (2010 and earlier Three-course and single-course exams will be held on the dates specified below.

Exam Date: July 5, 2023

According to paragraph (d) of Article 23 of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Associate Degree Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation (2014), single course exams are required for our students who registered in 2011 and later and who could not graduate due to failing only one course although they were successful in other courses. It will be held on the date specified below.

REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE THE EXAMS

1- Having fulfilled the attendance requirement by taking all the courses in the education plan in a total of 4 semesters (Being in a position to graduate)

2- There is a total of 4 years in the application dates for the exams. To have a maximum of 3 courses for the Three Course exam and 1 course for the Single Course exam.

3- Our students who cannot graduate because their General Grade Point Average (GPA) is below 2.00 even though they have received passing grades in all courses, must take three courses from their conditional (grades of DD or DC) courses (the right to take a three-course exam is only for students registered in 2010 and before) or a single course exam. can enter.

IMPORTANT NOTE

A STUDENT WHO TAKES A SINGLE COURSE EXAM DURING A SEMESTER CANNOT TAKE THREE COURSE EXAMS FOR THE SAME COURSE IN WHICH HE FAILS. (For Our Students in 2010 and Before)

FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED BETWEEN 2011-2020 TO TAKE THE SINGLE COURSE EXAM TO BE HELD AT THE END OF THE SPRING SEMESTER OF THE 2022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR, SPRING SEMESTER FEES WILL BE PAID, EVEN IF THE ONLY LEFT COURSE IS A FALL - SPRING SEMESTER COURSE. THEY NEED TO PAY THEM.
